 Accommodation Coverage (All-Inclusive System)

  • The specified accommodation fees include an open buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as all kinds of beverages and snacks available at the hotel’s bars and buffets. This system is referred to as the “All-Inclusive” concept.
  • Participants who wish to extend their stay beyond the General Assembly dates can do so at the same rates and with the same amenities.
  • Room reservation requests will be accepted with a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights. Requests for shorter stays will not be accepted.
  • Following the completion of your room reservation and payment, your reservation confirmation document will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation within this period, please contact us at: akademi@akademikongre.com / cengiz@akademikongre.com.

Reservation Deadline

  • Due to the high season and hotel occupancy in the Antalya region, the deadline for guaranteed room reservations and sales is May 5, 2025.
  • After this date, if the hotel is fully booked, assistance will be provided for accommodation in alternative hotels in the same region.

Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are calculated on a daily room basis.
  • A 10% VAT will be added to the prices.

Child Accommodation Discount

  • Child discounts apply only when staying in the same room as their parents.

Cancellation Policy

  • Room reservation cancellation requests will be accepted without any deductions until May 10, 2025. Cancellations made after this date will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
